A graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, Dr. Katie is building her practice on a foundation of family wellness. She is currently furthering her specialty by pursuing a certification and diplomate through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, a distinction for chiropractors specializing in prenatal and pediatric care.
Before attending Northwestern, Dr. Katie attended Minnesota State University, Mankato, where she studied Biology and Chemistry. Dr. Katie grew up in Estherville and graduated from Estherville Lincoln Central High School in 2001. Before returning to Estherville, she practiced in West Des Moines, Iowa. She moved back to the area to be closer to family.
Dr. Katie enjoys working with people of any age, but especially children, women, and athletes. She works with athletic injuries, injury rehabilitation, and injury prevention. She institutes manual, drop-piece and instrument assisted adjusting to ensure safe and gentle adjustments suitable for the entire family.
In her free time, Dr. Katie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out, and watching sports. She loves watching the Iowa Hawkeyes (especially football) as well as the Estherville Lincoln Central Midgets!
